China Executive Briefings

We prepare and lead high-level, customized briefings on clients’ most significant business concerns specific to operating in or with China. Detailed program objectives and scope are defined by client organization’s executive team.

Briefings generally take the form of an intensive, one-day session with the result being specific action plans for addressing the real challenges of each participating executive, in the context of his or her China dealings.
