US–China Executive Relocation

In US–China expatriate relocation, we prepare individual executives for a quick "ramp up" and early productivity in their new assignment. This includes elements of intercultural training, transition management, and strategic alignment. After initial one-on-one meeting(s), follow-up is generally done by phone.

We provide support to executives and their families in both English and Mandarin, working with relocations to the US as well as to China. Program content and format is adapted to the needs and learning style of each client.
